This list has some good points, but others just don't make much sense to me. Yes, there are things people talk about that are inappropriate for the work place, but there are others that maybe if you are close with your co-workers could be curious to know. If your close to people in the office, they probably worry about you and i doubt they would mind if you want to express how you feel or what's going on in your life, but you certainly wouldn't discuss these things with your boss. Though, i agree with #10, Negative views of colleagues, you should never trash talk someone that you could be working with for a long time. Also, I agree that #13, Off-color or racially charged comments, would definitely be wrong for work. Saying something negative or racial can really hurt people. Debated conversations are not always a bad thing, like politics or religion, as long as it's not something that will hurt other people in the long run. those are my view on the list.
