New Technology

Some new technology i've recently started using is my ipod touch. I think this technology is extremely exciting! I can go on the internet anywhere that there's wi-fi. I can hold a ton of songs and the Ipod also has storage for apps. There are so many apps to choose from; games, wallpapers, health and fitness, entertainment, etc. I am really happy with the new technology i've been using, i think iot's just great!

My Hero

One of my hero's is Chelsey Labadie. She was born in 1990 and is currently twenty years old. She has played basketball and softball for most of her life. She recently graduated Bedford High School and is attending the University of Toledo.  She has moved on from playing softball, to now coaching. For the past two springs she coached Bedford Junior High School softball and both of those years she was my coach. This coming spring and summer she will be coaching Adrian Lookouts 14u travel softball.

                I was very lucky to have Chelsey as a coach. She not only cared about the way we played softball, she cared about what we were actually going through. For 7^th and 8^th grade the softball team pretty much stayed the same so we basically came to be like family. Coach Lab was always there to listen and if she got upset, which rarely happened, we knew she was only getting upset because we weren’t doing what she knew we were able to do. She wasn’t one of those coaches who just stands there and tells you what to do; she got involved and showed us how each thing was done.

                I admire the fact that Coach Lab was always there, on and off the field. If I was ever in a crisis where I just needed some advice, she would be one of the first people I would call. Another thing I love about Coach Lab is she could always tell when we were down. She made it so that we could trust her with anything, and I know that no matter what it was if something was bothering me I could tell her, and she would listen. Chelsey Labadie is a big positive influence in my life and that's why she's one of my hero's.
